If your looking for work to be completed around the house, these are the guys to call. We just had new flooring and baseboards completed throughout our home and Jack and his crew (Mike, Chris and Miguel) were great! The quality of their work is truly second to none and we are so glad we choose to go with them. Jack was very fair on his pricing and neither he or any of his folks said "no" to any of our requests. We will be calling them again soon.

We have used Fletcher since we moved to Las Vegas 7 years ago and have been really happy with all the work Jack has done for us over this time. Last summer he did our kitchen backsplash and it came out absolutely beautiful. With any kind of remodeling project there are small things that can come up and every time anything happens Jack ALWAYS makes it right. We have hired him again this summer to do our entertainment center and master bathroom shower and have 100% trust that it will come out perfect. It's hard to find a reliable company here in Las Vegas that shows up and is even willing to take smaller projects. We have used many contractors over the years and have to say that we think Jack is the best.

The few things that we thought needed touch up were completed right away with no problems or hassle . Would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family with 100% confidence . I contacted Fletcher to do floors in living room, upstairs hallway and stairs. Jack and his crew did a superb job and for a very fair price. Thought I would be happy but now I want more work done so I have asked them back to re do my master bedroom. After that, the kitchen! Good crew, good work ethic and fair pricing!

Jack and his crew installed three new interior doors along with crown moulding in my home remodel project, I could not be happier with the quality and done on time. All at a competitive price.

I keep forgetting to write this review. Several months ago I bought a new house. I was trying to get everything done prior to moving in...thank goodness I met Jack and his team...they saved the day. They were able to paint the entire house and install crown molding in less than a week. It was a herculean effort. I really appreciated their willingness to work around the clock to make me happy.

Based on this great result, I hired him to build a wall unit in my bedroom. I showed him a picture of the the design I liked, we modified it a bit to fit my room and in less than a few days it was done.

Whenever I have guests view my new home I always get rave reviews on the work done by Jack and Dave. These guys are great and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Jack and Marcus did a beautiful job on my baseboards! Their craftsmanship really improved the overall look in my home! They are a friendly and talented team. I will definitely hire them in the near future to install crown molding and do a kitchen and bath remodel.

Jack was wonderful to work with...we hired him to do baseboards and casing around windows and arches based on his YELP reviews, and we were happy we did. Jack and his crew are the best. If your home is the most important thing you own, I wouldn't call anyone else. We were new to Vegas and didn't know anyone who did home renovation. So, after having a few contractors come through for estimates, it was a no brainer to hire Fletcher. He took care of our house like it was his own, his prices were totally fair & reasonable, and he quietly went about doing an incredible job on our house. And rather than brag like some do (hoping you're happy with their work or trying to justify their prices) Jack and the guys let their excellent work speak for itself. Jack & every single member of his crew were friendly, polite, so careful, paid such attention to detail, cleaned up the entire house EVERY single day before leaving, and we couldn't be happier with the work. They made our "house," a "home." We had our kitchen cabinets resurfaced (huge job), laundry room gutted and made brand new, a large window ripped out & replaced by a French door (amazing job), the whole interior of the house repainted (turned out 10x better than we thought possible bc the previous owner left a million holes in every wall), 51 canned ceiling lights either installed or replaced, all of the carpet on the stairs and 2nd floor ripped out & new flooring installed, and both upstairs bathrooms completely gutted & redone (they look fantastic). Jack & the guys far exceeded our expectations, they finished right on time, the project stayed right on budget (ask anyone, that never happens once a massive renovation starts...) and we will not hire anyone else (we are having our exterior done in the fall and there's no need to get estimates from anyone else. At this point, why?) Thank you.

AMAZING! I am so happppyyy my best friend referred me to Jack! Not only was it super affordable.. My house is totally transformed. Now I have granite, marble, my baseboards, my showers are beautiful. before the quotes with 6-8 other places were 3° more ( and judging by their yelp reviews.. Not so impressive..) Super happy!
